On Thursday November 3rd, the cross country team hosted the Regional Championship meet at Liberty. The boys’ team came in 2nd and the girls’ team took 3rd, both securing a spot at the State Meet on Saturday, Nov 12th. Way to go, Lions! This was also the last home meet for Coach Jones. After 33 years of coaching cross country at Liberty High School, he has decided to hang up his stopwatch. The team celebrated the day by sporting mustaches for their coach!
